• Cancellations and refunds will follow the terms specified in your booking confirmation and comply with applicable state law.

• Taxes, service fees, and cleaning fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• The Blissful Stay may cancel a reservation at its discretion in cases of fraud, non-payment, or violations of policy.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

• Guests acknowledge that use of property amenities (including pools, hot tubs, fire pits, outdoor equipment, and recreational areas) involves inherent risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or loss.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• The Blissful Stay is not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of personal property, except as required under Florida, Illinois, or Washington law.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.

6. Compliance With Local Regulations

• Florida properties comply with Florida DBPR licensing, health, and safety requirements.

• Illinois properties comply with Jo Daviess County and Illinois state lodging rules.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information is collected only as necessary to process bookings and provide services.

8. Changes to Terms
